Q) What is Dookbaeki?
Dookbaeki is a type of black or brown, medium-sized bowl made of Loess. It is used in Korean cusine to cook and serve stews and soups. It's a thick and heavy bowl, so it takes a while to boil, but once it gets cooking the temperature lasts for a long time. It keeps your food nice and warm until the end of the meal.
Q) Why we boil for two days?
We boil our broth for two days to get all the nutrition and flavour the bone and meat have. Beef bones contain protein, calcium, collagen and etc. Pork bones contain calcium and vitamin E and etc.
