Dookbaeki’s are traditional Korean stone bowls made from loess used to cook and serve stews.

Dookbaeki’s thick walls help insulate heat for the duration of your meal. Every bite will taste as great as the first bite that came out of the kitchen.

We stew our broths for 48 hours to release all the nutrients and flavours the meat and bones have. Beef stock contains proteins, calcium and collagen. Pork stock contains calcium and vitamin E.
